Commissions
Before the commissioned material has been paid for, the work is licensed under the All Right Reserved copyright, belonging to me, and once the work has been paid for by the customer and all transactions have gone through, that license gets transferred to the customer. However, this does not mean that you are not able to use your own license, feel free to license the work in any way you would like after commissioning it, it is fully yours unless another agreement has been made prior between me and the customer.
Personal Projects
All of my personal projects, like my banner and profile picture are licensed under the same All Rights Reserved, like the commissions, however, there is no way to get that transferred to you, it will always belong to me and any attempt to use that material for other purposes, for example, your brand will result in action being taken such as a DMCA takedown notice.
Jobs
If the work I have created is for a group, if the role is a paid position, any work created follows the same policy as my commissions, however, if the work has been created for free, this does not mean that you own it forever, if I have made an agreement with you to keep it free forever, that is fine, however that has to have been explicitly stated by me. Otherwise, any free material is still owned by me, which means that for the period of me working for you, the work will belong to me, but you will be allowed to use it. However, if I leave, I have the right to strip you of any right to use that work. Along with this, failing to comply if I ask you to take it down will result in a DMCA takedown notice.
